On the twelfth of May, 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court made the decision that an entity whose website links to another website is responsible for the content of the linked site. This can only be avoided by officially distancing oneself from this content. Therefore, OVAL Films wishes to formally assert that we have absolutely no influence over the design, nor content, of any of the websites to which we link. Thus we firmly officially distance ourselves from any and all content of any site to which our website is linked. Text, images, graphics and films are copyrighted and protected from any other application. All rights are reserved. Without permission from OVAL Films and the creator, no contents from the "Disgustingly Healthy" website may be copied or disseminated.
